Why We Do It

In today's world, we continue to see the evolution of cutting-edge technology and how it increasingly drives every aspect of our lives. Now more than ever, regardless of physical location, millions of people are connected to the information grid - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. While this enables our society to be more efficient, effective, and productive, it also introduces ever-changing security concerns such as privacy invasions; unauthorized access; fraud; identity theft; information disclosure; modification of systems; disruption of networks; or destruction of information and data. As we are no longer confined by brick and mortar, boundaries are virtually non-existent. This also introduces concerns and issues with the management, performance, and operation of not only projects but the systems, networks, information, and data which power them - while the need still remains to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability.

The new digital age in which we all now live demands experts who are able to manage, engineer, secure, operate, and maintain the infrastructures, technologies, applications, and data which operate and transmit on a continuous basis. These types of services are needed and sought after by government agencies, commercial institutes, and private clients. It is Zermount's goal to provide all of our clients and customers with the best and brightest experts to perform these services and assist them in meeting goals and accomplishing the mission.

Johanna Javier

Johanna Javier

Technically experienced as well as an accomplished leader in management and program design, Miss Javier has 10 years of experience in Information Technology - 5 of those in cybersecurity disciplines. Miss Javier has proven herself effective while leading and directing the boots on the ground - accomplishing mission goals - and also has enjoyed success at the strategic level, where she has been the architect for technical solutions, process improvements, and synchronized success across multi-branching efforts for customers such as the IRS' Cybersecurity and Enterprise Operations teams.
An extensive background in homegrown Federal applications allows Miss Javier a unique insight into the needs of the business and therefore how IT may best support and enable that business, in several practices across the ITSM and Cybersecurity spaces. Miss Javier has a specialized ability for getting directly to the heart of the business and holds that heart always at the forefront of every action in support of her customers.
