SEWP VI Overview

NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement VI, known as NASA SEWP VI and pronounced "soup," is a multiple-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract that provides Federal agencies and authorized contractors access to Information Technology, Communications, and Audio-Visual solutions and services.

What's in Scope for SEWP VI

SEWP VI is designed to provide a broad suite of Information Technology, Communications, and Audio-Visual solutions and services. Because technology continually evolves, SEWP processes permit Contract Holders to add new commercial technologies and IT services through the approved technology refresh process.

Fair Opportunity

Contractors will be provided a fair opportunity to be considered at the individual-order level, as appropriate, under FAR 16.505(b), including through the NASA SEWP Quote Request Tool. The ordering Contracting Officer determines the method used to provide fair opportunity and maintains the supporting order-selection documentation.

Zermount will only market, quote, or offer solutions available under its applicable SEWP VI contracts and within the relevant awarded category.

Zermount provides support for prospective and active orders, including quote coordination, scope alignment, order processing, transition, post-award service delivery, delayed or incomplete performance, technical issues, administrative questions, invoicing concerns, and order modifications.

Information to include when reporting an order issue

• Agency name
• Order number
• SEWP tracking or control number
• Applicable Zermount contract number
• Brief description of the issue

Installation, Warranty, Technical Support, and Post-Delivery Assistance

Installation, warranty, maintenance, technical support, software support, service levels, and other post-delivery requirements will be addressed in the applicable task order, statement of work, performance work statement, quote, or other order documentation.
